I just told my boss about my plan to travel while writing.  Until now he only knew I was leaving to pursue this book deal.  At first he kept asking about how I’m going to write if I’m traveling all the time.

“How are you going to find time to write from behind the wheel?”

“Well, I wont be driving the all day every day.  Besides, while I’m on the road I wont have much of a social life – so I’ll have lots of time.”

“You don’t have a social life now,” he responded.

Yeah. Feel the love.

I’ve discovered a flaw in my blogging plan. 

Self-Censorship.  I didn’t realize I’d be so paranoid about writing something that may linger in the ether forever.  I second-guess, retype and finally just give up and post.

 
I’ve also not made it to the Internet café to post on the weekends.  This may be a problem in the future as I travel.  Hmm.  I’ll have to think of better ways to get to a connection as well as how to shut my internal nagger off.
