I made it in to Anchorage last night. I stayed at a hotel called Black Angus – I don’t recommend it unless you have no other option. Anyway, I rented a car this morning and I’m driving to Valdez.
But first – one very important stop at my favorite coffee shop in Anchorage called Kaladi Brothers Coffee. Yes, I ordered a hazelnut mocha, and a chocolate chip muffin. HA!
I think I’ll be on a sugar high for the next five hours. It just wouldn’t be the same driving to Valdez without a mocha from KBC. I’ll check in soon, and post pictures from my flight.
