I can’t sit still long enough to write my freaking blog today. I suspect this will only get worse as the Valentines Day rush at the shop has begun. This week I will be processing thousands of red roses (yes, I said thousands), hundreds of pink and white and dozens of giant daisies. I’m also in charge of blowing up the balloons with the live roses inside, so if you don’t hear from me for a day or two – don’t worry – I’m buried somewhere on the shop floor beneath piles of stripped leaves and discarded thorns. If I’m not back by the 15th please send someone to dig me out.
