Home at Last!

I made it to Portland.  Tomorrow I have an audition and the next couple of days I have two job interviews.  I’m also going to be looking for an apartment but if you want to hang out let me know.  I can’t wait to catch up with everyone. 

The drive was fantastic.  I couldn’t have asked for better weather all day Saturday I drove with the sun blazing down on my left shoulder so I have a farmers tan on one side of my body.  This morning I left Pendleton with overcast skies and hit rain in Hood River.  There were rainbows everywhere; I even took a few pictures which I’ll upload when I can get settled a little more. 

Thanks for all the safe driving well wishes they totally worked.  It was a fabulous trip home.  The air feels better, the constellations are mine again and the clouds are calling me out to go walking downtown!
