I feel like a vegetable. No coffee in three days. I forget sometimes how much my cognitive ability depends on my habit. No caffeine means that for about a week, also – no enthusiasm, no energy, no logic, no creativity until I rebalance. Doh. I’m seeing if I can go for 14 days. I want to know how long it takes to rebalance.
Right now I’m just cranky and tired. Meh.

I’m so sorry! I went months without it, and all I found was that I preferred the way I am WITH caffeine, hehe. So, I vary how, and how much, I have every day, and life is good. Here’s to a fortnight’s speedy demise!
