HAPPY BIRTHDAY JEFFY!!!
I hope this next year brings lots of all the things you love most. I’m holding my spankings for you so when I see you next… you’re gonna get thrashed. Andymay, I may need you and Mistress Sara to hold him down for me.
Happy Birthday Jeffy! I love you!
Last night I went to the Mission Theater’s opening of Firefly. I almost didn’t go because I just wanted to keep caving, but once I was there with two hundred other die hard fans, there’s nothing that could beat the cheers and laughter of Whedon geeks all crammed together with beer and burgers and singing the opening credits. Two hundred people singing the Firefly theme song.
That’s just freaking awesome. When laughter overpowered one or two lines, there were at least thirty people who happily shouted out the punch line of whatever was missed and I actually had more fun watching the viewer than I did watching the show. As each character was introduced on the screen, cheering erupted from different sections of the house, The Kaylee section, The Wash Section and so on.
I left after the first episode so I could get home by midnight. But in the future I expect to be there for the whole night. Good Times.

You were there last night, too? I kinda looked for you, even though you and I haven’t ever actually met yet… OK, now that I’ve typed that out it sounds weird.
It was a blast. I’ve seen “Firefly” before but just, y’know, one time per episode, so I wasn’t prepared for the cheering and talking back to the screen. I also got the distinct sense that people were reacting to things that they knew were going to happen in the future. Like when Mal said something about Simon not causing any trouble… people laughed because they knew that Simon (and River) was going to be BIG TROUBLE.
Like I said. Totally awesome. I’m going to be there every week.
You spanking me with two other women holding me down? Its like christmas! If christmas rocked serious ass.
You’re a browncoat? I’d love to see the series with some fans. I’m like the only one I actually know in real life.
Hi Brian, I’m so glad you’re a Firefly fan!
I plan on being there every Tuesday. I’m usually on the balcony in the front row so if you see me and my hoodlum peeps, stop by and say hi
Hey , Jeffy I hope you had an awesome birthday!
And when I see you next, we three chicks are gonna rock your ass… uh…
Dom, I am a proud Browncoat. In fact all of my friends are Browncoats and most of my family as well.
Watching it with fans who love it as much as we do makes it twice as fabulous and ten times more fun.
I’d consider myself a Browncoat irregular.
I thought about wearing my actual brown coat, except, y’know… it was freaking hot, even inside.
oh shit! i am so lame! I can’t believe I didn’t call him..JEFFY I LOVE YOU!
