I’m working on a compellation of the BlissQuest moments. So I hereby respectfully ask you all for recommendations of what posts to include. Anything that got a mental or emotional response, a thoughtful pause or a sense of irritation. Anything that made you read it twice or shake your head and think, “God, that woman needs a therapist.”

If you would be so kind as to drop a line to me at Wisegoddess@theblissquest.com

I will be creating the book and having it printed online, tentatively scheduled for release in July 2008.  It will include the pictures I took on the road and the posts that received the most traffic and commentary (I will not be including comments written on the site as I do not own the rights to print what others have written).  I will add things from my personal journal and a few short stories, and prose that I wrote while traveling.  Mostly it’s just a summed up version of what I discovered in two years of searching that led me right back home where I started. Obviously, I cannot include everything as the two years of BlissQuest is a massive amount of writing.  I’d thought about breaking it into season one and season two, but it still ends up being 120,000 words each with no pictures or extra writing. That’s huge! So I’m trying to keep it closer to 80,000 words with all the extras.

If you’d like to place an advanced order, be sure to let me know. It’s an 8.5” by 11” glossy format so I can print full pics of the Grand Canyon and the trip through Alaska. When I have an estimate on printing and shipping costs I will surely let you know. More than likely I’ll just set it up to print on demand and you can order it right off the new website.

Feel free to put your requests to add certain posts in the comment box, anything goes. Thank you all for your help. I’ll keep you posted as I near completion on the layout.

And for all you readers who write in to correct my grammar or spelling… rest assured I will do a little basic editing but nothing that will change the flow. Just typos and such.

So yeah, new book. YAY!
