I went to see Pineapple Express yesterday because it was so hot that I needed to be in air conditioning. Pineapple Express was the first movie to make me laugh hard enough to snort when just watching the preview.
But the movie itself was not nearly as funny as the preview, and as suspected the funny parts were already shown in the trailer so even though I laughed a bit… the best part of the movie was the air conditioning. I was also very impressed with James Franco. I had not idea he was a comedic actor being that everything I’ve ever seen him in has been dramatic and or depressing. He’s actually quite funny and as a stoner… surprisingly charming. Interesting.
Anywhoo, if you live in Portland, I hope you find a way to say safe and cool today I hear it’s supposed to be 103. Yuck.
