I’ve lost an inch in my hips and another in my waist and chest since I started the Barracuda Bootcamp with Nick.
The high protein diet is helping m feel stronger and more empowered, but admittedly, I am struggling with the process of remembering to shop and pack lunches. However, I try to remember I’m still in the habit building phase.
I’m off to the gym tonight. Progress. Small and even, but progress anyway.
